Suspension – Stroud, Petersfield

Choose TDV Works for suspension repairs and servicing in Stroud, Petersfield.

The suspension system in your car sits on the frame of the vehicle, carrying its weight and keeping the tyres in contact with the road. It not only absorbs bumps and potholes but also provides stability, control, and a smooth, comfortable ride. Because it plays such an important role in your safety and driving experience, particularly if you’re using your Land Rover for off-road driving, the suspension system is especially vulnerable to wear and tear. Everyday driving, from hitting a pothole to clipping a kerb, can gradually damage components like shocks, struts, or springs.

Signs that your suspension may need attention:

• Uneven tyre wear
• The car pulling to one side while driving
• Knocking or clunking noises over bumps
• Excessive bouncing after hitting a bump
• A rougher, less comfortable ride than usual

If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s important to have your suspension checked as soon as possible. That’s why, if you’re near Stroud, Petersfield, you should bring your JLR vehicle into TDV Works for regular suspension checks and maintenance. Our experienced technicians will carry out a thorough inspection, identify any worn or damaged parts, and explain everything clearly before carrying out any work. With transparent pricing and expert care, we’ll make sure your vehicle is safe, reliable, and comfortable on the road, or off-road.
