Meet Our Master Technician – Jayson Flood

At the heart of TDV Works is Jayson Flood, Land Rover and Jaguar Master Technician, who leads our workshop with over three decades of hands-on experience. Originally from South Africa, Jayson began as an apprentice more than 30 years ago and has since achieved Bronze, Silver, and Gold-level JLR certifications. His career has taken him through both authorised dealerships and independent specialists, earning him recognition as one of the top 15 technicians in Africa, along with numerous performance awards.

Jayson’s expertise covers everything from modern diagnostics to classic restorations, including full engine rebuilds, timing belt replacements, and meticulous Defender restorations. As a certified MOT tester and experienced Workshop Foreman, he leads our team by example – ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Jayson is a devoted husband and father of four. His strong family values are reflected in the integrity and commitment he brings to his professional life. He is proud to be part of TDV Works and shares a common goal of delivering service with expectations that go above and beyond.
