Absolutely super service from Jason at TDV works. I was really stuck as Range Rover went into “limp mode” and my usual garage (G in Borden) would not look at it for a month! Called TDV and brought it in next morning and he was able to fix it, booked in for service and again a prompt and professional experience, with a comprehensive but realistic report on the car. It’s unfortunate that we now need to send reviews for exceptional service, but this one is well deserved and happy to promote this business!!
I have been looking for a Land Rover specialist for a while since my previous go-to closed down, so I was really pleased to see TDV Works opening. I have used them a few times so far and have always received excellent service. Each problem or service has been undertaken in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them.
Booked in to diagnose a fault - seen promptly, advised fully and not charged! Cannot fault that level of customer service! Will definitely use again for service etc.
Very impressed with my first visit to Jaguar & LandRover specialists, TDV Works, near Petersfield, for my XJ Portfolio service. Personally managed by Jayson, who is a highly experienced Jaguar/LR Master Technician, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
